By using the Shadowban Scanner platform ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Services Provided

We provide shadowban checks and blacklist diagnostics on social media, email, and domain reputation. A free scan is available; full analysis and a fix plan are available for purchase.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Do not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• No hacking or disruption allowed.

4. Payments and Fees

Pricing: The standard scan is free. The Full AI Analysis + Fix Plan costs $5.

Payment Methods: Stripe and PayPal are accepted.

Refund Policy: No refunds unless due to technical/service failure (at our discretion).

5. Privacy Policy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is the lesser of $50 or the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Dispute Resolution

You agree to informal negotiation before arbitration. Arbitration will take place in Warsaw, Poland (in English) and be governed by Polish law.

8. Termination

We may suspend access for abuse or violation of these terms.

9. Modifications

We may modify terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.

10. Third-Party Links and Ads

We are not responsible for external websites or their content.

11. User Reviews and Feedback

We may remove inappropriate content from user feedback.
